23:00 - 01:00. Friday and Saturday 23:00 - 03:00.
Opening Hours Sunday - Thursday 11:30 - 01:00.
Friday and Saturday 11:30 - 03:00
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Section, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Davyfield Depot, White Dove Building, Roman Road Industrial Estate, Blackburn BB1 2LX, or by email to: licensingteam@blackburn.gov.uk by no later than 28 days after the date of the application.
The full application can be viewed at the above offices (by prior appointment made on 01254 267666) between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday or at the Council’s website – www.blackburn.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5,000 on summary conviction.
