Fodd bynnag, ni fydd y cyfyngiadau’n berthnasol ond ar yr amser ac i’r graddau a nodir o bryd i’w gilydd gan arwyddion traffig a bennir gan Reoliadau a Chyfarwyddydau Cyffredinol Arwyddion Traffig 2016.
