The Ealing (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (Amendment No. 058) Order 2026.
1. NOTICE IS GIVEN The London Borough of Ealing that they have made the above-titled Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
2. The general effect of the made Orders will be to: - (1) amend the Ealing (Off Street Parking Places) (No. 1) Order 2016, by adding 'Authorised Disabled badge holders and permit holders' to item 29 of the Schedule to that Order;
(2) within Witham Road car park convert a number of parking bays to disabled bays;
(3) on Witham Road, the north side (adjacent to Witham Road Car park) to substitute one pay by phone parking bay with double yellow lines;
(4) on Witham Road, at its junction with Green Man Passage impose a no entry except cycles (eastbound prohibited).
3. The made Orders, which will come into operation on 25 June 2026, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders including plans, are available by e-mail from 'trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk' or for inspection at Staff Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until six weeks of the date on which the Order was made.
4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
