LONDON BOROUGH OF EALING
The Ealing (Parking Places) (Telephone Parking) (Drayton Green Zone NN) (No. 1, 2013) (Amendment No. 008) Order 2026; The Ealing (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (Amendment No. 960) Order 2026.
1. NOTICE IS GIVEN The London Borough of Ealing that they made the above-titled Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
2. The general effect of the made Order will be to: -
(a) on lengths of Drayton Green & Manor Road impose or upgrade to double yellow lines (junction protection);
(b) on Manor Road (west of its junction with Drayton Green) to relocate an existing shared use parking place slightly westward to facilitate the proposed double yellow lines.
3. The made Orders, which will come into operation on 25 June 2026, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders including plans, are available by e-mail from ‘trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk’ or for inspection at Staff Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until six weeks of the date on which the Order was made.
4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
