MAE GWEINIDOGION CYMRU yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn drwy arfer eu pwerau o dan adrannau 82(2) a 83(1) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984.
Effaith y Gorchymyn arfaethedig fydd adfer y terfyn cyflymder cenedlaethol ar y darn o gefnffordd yr A483 i’r gogledd-ddwyrain o’r Trallwng, o bwynt 185 o fetrau i’r de-orllewin o ganolbwynt ei chyffordd â’r A458 Salop Road hyd at bwynt 183 o fetrau i’r gogledd-ddwyrain o ganolbwynt ei chyffordd â’r A458 Salop Road, yn Sir Powys.

THE A483 TRUNK ROAD (WELSHPOOL, POWYS) (DERESTRICTION) ORDER 202-
THE WELSH MINISTERS propose to make an Order in exercise of their powers under sections 82(2) and 83(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the proposed Order will be to derestrict the national speed limit the length of the A483 trunk road northeast of Welshpool, from a point 185 metres southwest of the centre-point of its junction with the A458 Salop Road to a point 183 metres northeast of the centre-point of its junction with the A458 Salop Road, in the County of Powys.
During a period of 21 days from 19 June 2026, a copy of the proposed Order, plan and a Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected free of charge, during normal opening hours at Welshpool Library, Y Lanfa/The Wharf, The Canal Wharf, Welshpool, Powys SY21 7AQ. The documents can also be viewed on the Welsh Government’s website at https://gov.wales/road-orders or obtained, free of charge, by e-mailing TransportOrdersBranch@gov.wales or writing to Orders Branch, Transport, Welsh Government, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF10 3NQ, quoting reference number qA2346198.
Objections, specifying the grounds on which they are made, and quoting reference number qA2346198, must be sent by e-mail to TransportOrdersBranch@gov.wales or in writing to Orders Branch, Transport, Welsh Government, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF10 3NQ by 10 July 2026.

As part of the consultation process, we may pass information to them, including information you have given us and your personal data. We will, however, only disclose your personal details where it is necessary to do so to address the issues raised. If you do not wish your personal data to be forwarded to third parties, you should state this when submitting your correspondence and the Welsh Ministers will copy the representations to the appropriate third parties with the name and address removed and if there is to be a local Public Inquiry, the representations will be seen by the Inspector who may give them less weight as a result.
