Bydd y Gorchymyn uchod wnaethpwyd ar 23ain Mehefin 2026 dan Adran 119 o’r Ddeddf Priffyrdd 1980 yn gwyro’r llwybr cyhoeddus 

sy’n rhedeg:
O’r ffordd sirol ym mhwynt A (SH4154179797), mae’r llwybr yn mynd tua’r gorllewin ar hyd y ffordd sy’n gwasanaethu Bryntwrog Bach ac yn mynd heibio i’r gogledd o’r tŷ. Mae’n parhau tua’r gorllewin ar wyneb metel i bwynt B, lle mae’n mynd i mewn i gae, yn parhau i ddechrau ar hyd ymyl cae, ac yna’n troi i ffwrdd o’r terfyn am tua 46M ac yn dod i ben ym mhwynt C (SH4137979819).

Mae’r hyd cyfan tua 175M ac nid oes ganddo led wedi’i gofnodi.

Yna mae’n mynd tua’r De-orllewin ar draws y cae nesaf i’r ffens terfyn ym mhwynt F, lle bydd angen giât i gerddwyr. Dylid anfon unrhyw sylwadau ar y Gorchymyn neu wrthwynebia iddo mewn ysgrifen at Reolwr Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol, Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn, Swyddfeydd y Sir, Llangefni cyn 24ain Gorffennaf 2026 gan ddatgan y rheswm dros eu cyflwyno. Bydd y rhain ar gael i’w harchwilio gan y cyhoedd.

Oni chyflwynir sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau yn y modd uchod neu os tynnir hwynt yn ôl gall Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn gadarnhau’r Gorchymyn eu hunain fel Gorchymyn diwrthwynebiad. 

Os cyflwynir y Gorchymyn i Lywodraeth Cymru i’w gadarnhau yna amgaeir y sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau gyda’r Gorchymyn oni thynnwyd hwy yn ôl.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
CYNGOR SIR YNYS MÔN / ISLE OF ANGLESEY COUNTY COUNCIL 
(FOOTPATH NO.26 IN THE COMMUNITY OF BODFFORDD) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2026

The above Order, made on 23th June 2026, under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the Public Footpath running:

From the county road at point A (SH4154179797), the path proceeds west along the drive serving Bryntwrog Bach and passes north of the house. It continues west on a metalled surface to point B, where it enters a field, initially continues along a field edge, and then veers away from the boundary for approximately 46M and terminates at point C (SH4137979819). The total length is approximately 175M and it has no recorded width. to a line running:

From the county road at point D (SH4155679883) the path enters a field through a field gate and proceeds WNW for 11M to a field gate at point E. In proceeds SW across the next enclosure to the boundary fence at point F, where a pedestrian gate will be needed. It continues west in the next enclosure to a gap in a boundary wall between 2 fields (Point G), then continues SW in the next enclosure for approximately 31M to end at point C (SH4137979819). The total length is approximately 203M and its width shall be 2M.

It is possible to inspect a copy of the Order and Order Map at the Council Offices, Llangefni by appointment or at Llangefni library. Alternatively, copies of the above documents are available on the Council’s website www.anglesey.gov.uk/legal-orders or hard copies of the above documents will be sent in the post free of charge on request if you contact SiwanJones@ynysmon.llyw.cymru or 01248 752591 (during normal office hours).

Any representation about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Legal Services Manager, Isle of Anglesey County Council, County Offices, Llangefni not later than the 24th July 2026. Please state the grounds on which they are made. These will be available for public inspection.

If no representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Isle of Anglesey County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Welsh Government for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
