ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)(a) EALING COUNCIL (TEMPORARY PARKING RESTRICTION SUSPENION (OTTER ROAD, UB6) ORDER 2026

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Ealing Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, made a temporary Order, the effect of which will be to suspend the operation of a waiting restriction Order, on the south-west side, only.

2. The Order will come into effect at 0001 hours on Thursday, 25 June 2026, and is required to facilitate footway resurfacing and bus stop improvement works to be undertaken safely on Otter Road.

3. The maximum duration of the Order will be 12 months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier.

4. Exemptions will be provided for: -
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order.

5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
