SECTION 14(1) OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic:

A) Church Lane (Part), Codford; from its property known as Old Orchard to its property known as No.10 Church Lane to enable Wessex Water to carry out permanent reinstatement and associated works. No alternative route is available. This Order will come into operation on 14 July 2026 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 15:00 for 2 days. B) B3353 (Part), Corsham; from its junction with C157 for a distance of approximately 568m in a north westerly direction to enable Openreach to carry out overhead cabling works and other associated works. Alternative route via B3353 (unaffected length) – A365 – B3109 – A4 – B3353 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 13 July 2026 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 1 day. C) A342 (Part), Bromham; from its property known as No.120 St Ediths Marsh for a distance of approximately 85m in a north westerly direction to enable Wessex Water Services to carry out urgent mains leak repairs and other associated works. Alternative route via A342 (unaffected length) – A361 – A365 – Spa Road – A3102 – A342 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 16 July 2026 and the closure will be required between the hours of 19:00 and 07:00 for 1 night. D) Mons Lane (Part), Lacock; from outside its property known as Great Notton Farm for a distance of approximately 847m in a south easterly direction to enable Openreach to carry out overhead cabling works and other associated works. Alternative route via Mons Lane (unaffected length) – A350 – Mons Lane (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 13 July 2026 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 1 day. Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic:

E) B3098 (Part), Erlestoke; from its property known as Erlestoke Prison to its junction with The Park to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing and associated works. Solid square to symbolise light diversion route. High Siders to be marked on signs. Alternative route for high sided vehicles via B3098 (unaffected length) – C40 – A360 – A361 – A350 – Bittham Park – B3098 (unaffected length) and vice versa. Alternative route for all other vehicles via B3098 (unaffected length) – A360 – A361 – A350 – Bittham Park – B3098 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 26 June 2026 and the closure will be required two weeknights between the hours of 19:00 and 23:59 until 29 June 2026. F) UC 925801, Keevil; from its junction with C233 to its junction with C218 to enable Openreach to carry out overrun and associated works. Alternative route via C218 – A361 – A350 – C233 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 24 June 2026 and the closure will be required between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 for 1 day. G) C25 (Part), Kingston Deverill and Brixton Deverill; from its junction with Hindon Lane to its junction with A350 to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out verge and associated works. Alternative route via A350 – B3095 – C25 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 22 June 2026 and the closure will be required weekdays only between the hours of 07:30 and 17:00 until 03 July 2026. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.

SECTION 14(1) OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all users:

Byway 28, Keevil; from its junction with Main Street to its property known as Mere House to enable tree works due to dangerous tree. Alternative route via existing public highways and rights of way. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This closure which follows an emergency notice will come into operation on 26 June 2026 and the closure will be required until 25 December 2026. Access will be maintained where possible although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 6 months. 2. THE COUNTY OF WILTSHIRE (B3105, B3109 AND WOOLLEY STREET, BRADFORD ON AVON) (40MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2026

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to revoke The County of Wiltshire (B3105, B3109 and Woolley Street, Bradford on Avon) (40mph Speed Limit) Order 2018 and re-enact it, in part, in the above Order 2 and to introduce a 30mph speed limit on B3109 Sladesbrook, Bradford on Avon – from a point 59 metres north of its junction with Berryfield Road to a point 31 metres south west of its junction with B3105.

Deposit copies of the draft Orders, plan and Statement of the Council’s Reasons for proposing to make the Orders may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Details of the proposed scheme may be seen at Bradford on Avon Library, Bridge Street BA15 1BY during the hours of 10am to 7pm Monday, 9.30am to 5pm Wednesday and Friday, 9.30am to 7pm Thursday and 9.30am to 4pm Saturday until 13 July 2026. Notice of Modification Order Section 53 of The Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981

The Definitive Map and Statement for the Warminster and Westbury Rural District Council Area Dated 1953 as Modified Under the Provisions of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981

The Wiltshire Council Parish of Dilton Marsh Path Nos 6 and 6A Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2026

The above named order, made on 11th June 2026, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by upgrading, in part, footpath Dilton Marsh (DMAR6) to public bridleway status and record a public bridleway where there are currently no recorded public rights, forming one continuous bridleway, over a route leading from Fairwood Road, Dilton Marsh at OS grid reference ST 84482 51652, leading broadly south along the track and over the railway bridge to ST 84287 51117, then continuing south to ST 84202 50854, then leading broadly west along the north side of the field boundary to ST 83806 50898, then leading broadly north along the eastern side of the field boundary to the south side of the railway embankment, then leading west, and south westerly to its junction with bridleway DMAR42 at ST 83526 50866. The order will also record a width of 20 feet or 6.1 metres for that public bridleway.

The order to also delete the public footpath (part of DMAR6) leading north of the railway bridge at ST 84304 51182 in the field to the west of the track to where it rejoins the track at ST 84395 51418.

If no representations or objections are duly made to the order (or to any part of it), or if any so made are withdrawn, the Wiltshire Council, instead of submitting the order to the Secretary of State (or part of it if the authority has by notice to the Secretary of State so elected under paragraph 5 of Schedule 15 to the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981) may itself confirm the order (or that part of the order).

If the order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, in whole or in part, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
