THE HAMMMERSMITH AND FULHAM (BUS LANE) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 20**
THE HAMMERSMITH & FULHAM (CYCLE LANES) (NO. *) ORDER 20**

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under the powers granted by sections 6, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the Hammersmith and Fulham (Bus Lane) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. *) Order 20** would be to amend the Hammersmith and Fulham (Bus Lane) (Consolidation) Amendment Order No. 2 so as to extend the bus lane on Uxbridge Road outside Nos. 272 to 288 in an easterly direction to a point 10.00 metres west of the western kerb line of Tunis Road

3. The general effect of The Hammersmith and Fulham (Cycle Lanes) (No.**) Order 20** and would be to remove the cycle lane on the north side of Uxbridge Road where the bus lane, as described in the paragraph above is proposed to be extended.

4. A copy of the proposed Orders, the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders, and documents giving more detailed particulars can be inspected, by appointment, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of 6 weeks beginning with the date on which the Orders are made, or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders.

5. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders or make other representations should send a statement in writing to Traffic Orders, The Place Department, Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith, W6 9JU or via email to Traffic.Orders@lbhf.gov.uk before the expiration of 21 days from the date on which the notice is published.
