Devon County Council propose to make these under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 for Newton Abbot: Devon County Council (West Golds Way, Newton Abbot) (No Waiting At Any Time) Amendment Order 6326 to introduce NO WAITING AT ANY TIME on specified lengths of West Golds Way. Where appropriate there will be the usual exemptions including those in relation to picking up/setting down passengers, loading/unloading goods & disabled persons vehicles; Devon County Council (Various Roads, Newton Abbot) (Restricted Road) Order 6327 to introduce RESTRICTED ROAD (30mph by virtue of streetlighting) on specified lengths of West Golds Way, Bovey Road & Exeter Road; Devon County Council (Bovey Road, Newton Abbot) (Prohibition of Motor Vehicles) Order 6333 to introduce PROHIBITION OF MOTOR VEHICLES on a specified length of Bovey Road.
