(WAITING RESTRICTIONS, ON STREET PARKING PLACES AND RESIDENTS’ PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (VARIATION U) ORDER 2026
Warwickshire County Council propose to make the above-named Order, pursuant to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from stopping on the length of road which is described in the Schedule below.
A copy of the proposed Order, together with the plans showing the lengths of road affected and a statement of the Council’s reasons for these proposals, are available to view at the Main Reception at Shire Hall, Market Place, Warwick, and online on the Council’s website at https://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/news/20210/warwick-district
Any objections to, or representations in support of, the proposals, which must be in writing and specify the grounds on which they are made, should be addressed to Mike McDonnell, County Highways Minor Works, Shire Hall Post Room, Rear of Shire Hall, Northgate Street, Warwick, CV34 4RL, or sent by email to chminorworks@warwickshire.gov.uk using the subject heading “Europa Way” and specifying which proposed order the objection or representation relates to. (Objections, representations, and the name of the objector or person making a representation, will normally be treated as public information and may be published. For further information on how Warwickshire County Council processes personal data please refer to the Customer Privacy Notice which is available at https://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/privacy). Objections and representations must be sent so as to be received by 10 July 2026.
SCHEDULE
(Proposed 24 Hour No Stopping Clearway)
In both directions along the A452 Europa Way, Warwick, from its junction with the A425, northwards to a point 90 metres south of its junction with Peabody Way, a distance of approximately 1.2km.
