NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: U90410- Logaston Road-Woonton, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U90410- Logaston Road- Woonton, approximately 100 mtrs south of Long Meadow. Grid Ref: 334996/251499.
The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the C1079 onto the A480 onto the A4112 onto the U90409 and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to pole testing works and the likelihood of danger to the public whilst the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 15th of July 2026 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day (9.30-15.30hrs).
