Ar 15 Mehefin 2026, gwnaeth Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd, drwy arfer ei bwerau o dan Adran 14(1) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y'i diwygiwyd), a phob pŵer galluogi arall, Orchymyn na chaiff unrhyw berson, ac eithrio ar gyfarwyddyd neu gyda chaniatâd cwnstabl heddlu mewn gwisg neu Swyddog Gorfodi Sifil, achosi neu ganiatáu i unrhyw gerbyd aros ar unrhyw adeg yn y darnau o ffordd a nodir yn yr Atodlen isod.

Caniateir eithriadau ar gyfer y darnau o ffordd a nodir yn yr Atodlen hon am y rhesymau canlynol:-
1. mynd i mewn ac allan o gerbyd

2. llwytho a dadlwytho nwyddau

3. gwasanaethau hanfodol ac angladdau

4. am hyd at dair awr i gerbydau sy’n arddangos “Bathodyn Person Anabl” a “Disg Parcio” ac sy’n cael eu defnyddio i gludo pobl anabl

Mae angen y Gorchymyn hwn i atal y tebygolrwydd o berygl i’r cyhoedd, a daw i rym ar ddydd Mawrth 16 Mehefin 2026.

Dim ond ar yr adegau ac i’r graddau a nodir ar arwyddion a/neu hysbysiadau sy’n cael eu harddangos y bydd y cyfyngiad dan sylw ar waith. Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau ar waith am hyd at 18 mis.

Enw’r Gorchymyn yw "Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Cyngherddau Stadiwm Principality Mehefin 2026, Caerdydd) (Cau Ffyrdd Dros Dro) 2026".

I. Lucas Street (ar ochr y dwyrain) o'r gyffordd â Heol y Crwys i'r gyffordd â'r lôn o Lucas Street i Heol Woodville

II. Heol y Crwys (ar ochr y gogledd-orllewin) o bwynt 7 metr i'r gogledd-orllewin o'r gyffordd â Lucas Street i bwynt 7 metr i'r de-ddwyrain o'r un gyffordd

III. Brook Street

THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF
(LUCAS STREET, CRWYS ROAD, BROOK STREET, BEATRICE ROAD, WESTERN DRIVE, ABERBRAN ROAD, ABERDORE ROAD AND ABERPORTH ROAD, CARDIFF)
(TEMPORARY NO WAITING AT ANY TIME) ORDER 2026

On 15th June 2026, The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and of all other enabling powers, made an Order with the general effect that no person shall except upon the direction or with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer cause or permit any vehicle to wait at any time in the lengths of road specified in the below Schedule.

Exemptions for the lengths of road set out in this Schedule will be permitted for the following reasons:-
1. boarding and alighting a vehicle

2. loading and unloading of goods

3. essential services and funerals

4. for a maximum period of three hours vehicles when displaying a “Disabled Badge” and a “Parking Disc” and being used for the conveyance of disabled persons

This Order is required to prevent the likelihood of danger to the public and will come into operation on Tuesday 16th June 2026.

The restriction specified will only have the effect at such times and to such extent as indicated by the display of signs and/or notices. The Order will remain in force for a maximum of 18 months.

The Order is known as “The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff (Principality Stadium Concerts June 2026, Cardiff) (Temporary Road Closures) Order 2026”.

SCHEDULE
I. Lucas Street (on its east side) from its junction with Crwys Road to its junction with the lane from Lucas Street to Woodville Road

II. Crwys Road (on its northwest side) from a point 7 metres northwest of its junction with Lucas Street to a point 7 metres southeast of that same junction

III. Brook Street
a. (on its northeast side) from its junction with St Davids Road for a distance of 82 metres southeast

b. (on its southwest side) from its junction with St Davids
Road for a distance of 25 metres southwest; and from a point 7 metres northwest of its junction with Beatrice Road to a point 10 metres southeast of that same junction

IV. Beatrice Road
a. (on its northwest side) from its junction with Brook Road for a distance of 7 metres southwest

b. (on its southeast side) from its junction with Brook Road for a distance of 10 metres southwest

V. Western Drive
a. (on its west side) from its junction with Gabalfa Avenue to a point 10 metres northeast of its junction with Aberbran Road, and from a point 10 metres southwest of its junction with Aberdore Road to a point 10 metres northeast of that same junction, and from its junction with Aberporth Road for a distance of 10 metres southwest

b. (on its east side) from a point 10 metres northeast of its junction with Gablafa Avenue for a distance of 10 metres northeast

VI. Aberbran Road and Aberdore Road (on both sides) from their junctions with Western Drive for a distance of 10 metres west

VII. Aberporth Road

a. (on its southwest side): from its junction with Western Avenue to a point 15 metres northwest of its junction with Western Avenue North

b. (on its northeast side): from its junction with Western Avenue for a distance of 100 metres northwest
