NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council intends to make the following Order,
Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (Temporary Closure of Public Right Of Way between Holloway Street and Lawnswood Road, Dudley) Order 2026 the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit any pedestrians proceeding on the Public
Right of Way between Holloway Street and Lawnswood Road, Dudley for the purpose of gas mains replacement works being carried out on or near the affected public right of way. The order will come into operation on 06.07.2026 and will remain in force until 20.07.2026 or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. The maximum duration of the order is 6 months. Pedestrians will be diverted via: Lawnswood Road, Duke Street, Holloway Street, and vice versa.
Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (Temporary Closure of High Street, Wollaston) Order 2026 the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding on High Street, Wollaston, for the purpose of carriageway resurfacing being carried out on or near the affected road. The order will come into operation on 03.07.2026 and will remain in force until 17.07.2026 (from 09:30 until 15:00 each day), or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. The maximum duration of the order is 18 months. Southbound traffic will be diverted via: Wollaston Road, High Street, St Johns Road, New Road, Bath Road, Enville Street, Bridgnorth Road, and High Street. Eastbound traffic will be diverted via: Bridgnorth Road, Enville Street, Bath Road, High Street, and Wollaston Road.
Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (Temporary Closure of Heath Road and Copse Road, Netherton) Order 2026 the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding on Heath Road and Copse Road, Netherton, for the purpose of gas mains replacement works being carried out on or near the affected road. The order will come into operation on 06.07.2026 and will remain in force until 20.07.2026 or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. The maximum duration of the order is 18 months. Traffic will be diverted via: Copse Road, Stoney Lane, Heath Road, and vice versa.
Access to frontages and for emergency vehicles will be maintained where safe to do so.
