ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -

SECTION 14(1)

THE HARROW (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (RAYNERS LANE - CYCLE LANE)

ORDER 2026

  1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, due to Crane Operations the Council of the London Borough of Harrow has made an Order to the effect of which will be to close, the cycle lane on Rayners Lane, between 361 and 411 Rayners Lane, Harrow.
  2. The order may be cited as The Harrow (Rayners Lane) Temporary Traffic Order 2026, and would be operational on Monday 22nd June and would remain in effect for a legal duration of 3 consecutive months or until completion of the works, whichever is the sooner. It is anticipated that all of the work should be completed by 3rd July 2026.
  3. Nothing in this notice shall apply to anything done; -

    (a) with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a police community support officer;

    (b) to any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes; or

    (c) to any vehicle being used in connection with the said works.
