NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect on the following lengths of roads (“the Roads”) will be:-
1. To prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the A10 northbound slip road leading onto Church Lane, Cheshunt from its junction with A10 Great Cambridge Road north westwards to its junction with Church Lane, a distance of approximately 37m.
An alternative route will be via A10 (Great Cambridge Road/unnamed road), the A10 Hoddesdon Link Road roundabout, A10 (unnamed road/Great Cambridge Road) and Church Lane.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedestrians from using the following lengths of footpath (“the Footpaths”):-
1. the footpath situated on the north west side of No.93 Winford Drive, Broxbourne from its junction with A1170 High Road north eastwards to its junction with Winford Drive, a distance of approximately 78m.
An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the east side of A1170 High Road, the footway situated on the north side of Cozens Lane East, the footway situated on the west side of Caldecot Way and the footway situated on the south side of Winford Drive.
2. the footpath situated on the south side of No.15 Bucklers Close and the north side of No.17 Caldecote Way, Wormley from its junction with Bucklers Close south eastwards, south westwards and south eastwards to its junction with Caldecot Way, a distance of approximately 64m.
An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the east side of Bucklers Close, the footway situated on the south side of Winford Drive and the footway situated on the west side of Caldecot Way.
3. the footpath fronting Nos.19-27 Caldecot Way, Wormley from its junction with Caldecot Way north westwards for a distance of approximately 29m.
There is no alternative route available, but access will be maintained wherever possible throughout the duration of the works.
The Order is needed because the replacement of existing gas mains is proposed to be executed on or near the Footpaths.
The Order will come into effect from 22 June 2026 and will be valid for a period of 6 months. The works are scheduled to take 28 days to complete and will only take effect on the days and times indicated by signs on or near the footpaths.

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council proposes under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to amend The Hertfordshire (Various Roads, Standon) (Waiting Restrictions) Order 2026 as advertised on 28 May 2026 to correct the previously named road in the Order from Vicarage Road to Vicarage Close, Standon.
