ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL SYEDNAWAY, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of water works to be executed on or near Syedna Way, Bradford has made the above-named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Syedna Way from a point outside No. 45 Syedna Way to its junction with Ingleby Road. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Syedna Way (unaffected section), Rosse Street, Thornton Road, Ingleby Road and vice versa.
The Order comes into operation at 21:00 hours on the 25th of June 2026 and remains in force until 01:00 hours on the 26th of June 2026 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 18* day of June 2026
