SECTION 90C HIGHWAYS ACT 1980

MACAULAY STREET, LS9 7SS

Leeds City Council proposes to introduce traffic calming measures and is required under Section 90C of the Highways Act 1980, to place at appropriate points on the highway concerned a Notice of their proposals.

The proposal includes the provision of:- Macaulay Street – A 6 metre x 5.5 metre Table Top Ramp, sited 130 metres north of the c/l junction with Argyle Road.

If you wish to object to or make representations concerning the proposals you should write to Mr R Middleton s38 Team, 8th Floor Merrion House, Leeds LS2 8BB or e-mail s38@leeds.gov.uk specifying the grounds on which your objection or representation is made, by no later than 12 noon on 19 July 2026.
