Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Avey Lane, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Manor Road for a distance of approximately 55m in a north westerly direction.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Gainsthorpe Road, Bobbingworth in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 280m north east of its junction with Hobbins Farm Road a distance of approximately 70m in a north easterly direction.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Parndon Mill Lane, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from a point approximately 160m north east of its junction with Elizabeth Way for a distance of approximately 30m in a north westerly direction.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Partridge Road, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from its junction with Southern Way to force the closure of approximately 65m in a north easterly direction.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th July 2026 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410244710 – Affinity Water). (Various Roads, District of Harlow) - (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order (No.4) 2026
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those lengths of road in the District of Harlow as specified in the schedule.

2. A temporary "No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping" restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of road for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary "No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time" restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 25th June 2026 exact dates will be specified on One.Network. These roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public.

Access will be maintained for emergency services.
