(WAITING, LOADING, STOPPING, DISABLED PARKING AND RESIDENTS PARKING)
AMENDMENT ORDER No.62, JANUARY 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council has MADE the above Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
Restrictions under the Order
The Order will come into operation on Monday 6 July 2026 and includes the following effects as advertised in the Express and Star newspaper dated 16 January 2026.
Removal/Addition of No Waiting and Loading restrictions.
Addition of School Keep Clear restrictions.
Removal/Addition of Bus Stop Clearway restrictions.
Addition of Loading Only restrictions.
Removal of on-street Pay and Display restrictions.
Removal/Addition of Red Route Restrictions.
Addition of Limited Waiting restrictions.

Full details of the Order and plans which show the roads subject to the Order may be examined by
appointment at The Civic Centre, Darwall Street, WALSALL, during normal office hours. (Ref: GW/2265/6057). If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks from 19 June 2026, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
