(VARIOUS ROADS, DARLASTON) ORDER JUNE 2026
Notice is hereby given that Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council intends, not less than 7 days from the date of this notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prevent any vehicles proceeding in the lengths of:
BROADWATERS ROAD, DARLASTON that is situated at its junction with Dangerfield Lane for a distance of approximately 110 metres in a south westerly direction. (Monday 29 June
2026, 09:30 -15:30).
Reason for Order: Pole installation.
Works on behalf of: BT Openreach.
LODGE ROAD, DARLASTON that is situated from outside property number 1 to its junction with Johnson Road (Monday 13 July 2026 to Monday 27 July 2026).
LODGE ROAD, DARLASTON that is situated from outside property number 36 to its junction
with Johnson Road (Monday 29 June 2026 to Sunday 19 July 2026).
STANLEY ROAD, DARLASTON that is situated from outside property number 4 for a distance of approximately 96 metres in a south easterly direction to where it meets Lodge Road (Monday 29 June 2026 to Sunday 19 July 2026).
Reason for Order: Water mains scheme.
Works on behalf of: South Staffordshire Water.
This Order will come into operation on Monday 29 June 2026. It is anticipated that the works will be
completed as close as possible to the dates above. Signed diversion routes (viewable on the website one.network) will be in operation for affected traffic. The Order will remain in force for a period of up to eighteen months or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.
