ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(VARIOUS LOCATIONS, PENDLE, PENDLE BOROUGH) (REVOCATION AND VARIOUS PARKING RESTRICTIONS 26-27 NO1A) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
1. Revoke the following:
a) The "Lancashire County Council (Various Roads, Pendle Borough) (Revocation and Various Parking Restrictions) (Amendment) Order 2013" insofar as it relates to Item (24) of Schedule 10.01.
b) The "Lancashire County Council (Pendle Area) (On Street Parking Places, Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Consolidation Order 2009" insofar as it relates to Items (50a)(i), (50)a)ii), (50)a)(iii), (50)b)(ii), (66)a)(i), (66)a)(iv) and (66)b)(ii) of Schedule 10.01.
2. Introduce a prohibition of waiting in the following lengths of road:
a) Brunswick Street, Nelson, the north east side, from a point 19.5 metres south-east of its junction with the centreline of Chapel House Road for a distance of 42 metres in a north-westerly direction;
b) Brunswick Street, Nelson, the south west side, from a point 14.5 metres south-east of its junction with the centreline of Chapel House Road to its junction with the centreline of Bradshaw Street in a north-westerly direction;
c) Chapel House Road, Nelson, both sides, from a point 22.5 metres south-west of its junction with the centreline of Chapel House Road for a distance of 60 metres in a north-easterly direction;
d) Vicarage Road, Kelbrook, both sides, from its junction with the centreline of Colne Road for a distance of 9.5 metres in an easterly direction.
3. Introduce a disabled persons parking place in Brunswick Street, Nelson, the south west side, from a point 14.5 metres south-east of its junction with the centreline of Chapel House Road for a distance of 6.6 metres in a south-easterly direction.

A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Pendle Borough Council, No1 Market Street, Nelson, Lancashire, BB9 9LU and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
