Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the U40694 Snowshill, from its junction Broadway Road to outside the property known as ‘Ivy Cottage’ for a total distance of approximately 85 metres. 

The reason for the said closure is for works by Severn Trent Water. The said road is expected to be closed from 08:00hrs on 6th July 2026 until 17:00hrs on 9th July 2026 only.

The reason for the said closure is for drainage investigation works.

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 490735 St Davids Close and footway from its junction with Oxford Way to the End of St Davids Close for a distance of approximately 175 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for footpath resurfacing works.

The said road and footway are expected to be closed from 08:00hrs on 6th July 2026 until 16:30hrs on 24th July 2026 only. 

However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

The reason for the said closure is for works involving removing/replacing the current reinstatement on site and relaying it with the correct material.

The said road is expected to be closed between 07:00hrs and 11:00hrs on 5th July 2026 only. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule below.

SCHEDULE

The reason for the said closures is for utility diversion works linked to the M5 Junction 10 Improvement Scheme.

The said roads are expected to be closed from 29th June 2026 where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether they are in force. 

Further advance warnings of dates/ times will be displayed on site prior to the said closures taking effect. 

This Order may permit the said closures in any order, or simultaneously as required. It is anticipated that all works will be completed by 9th February 2027, or until the said works have been completed.
