TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under sections 247 and 333(7) of the above Act entitled “The Stopping Up and Diversion of Highway (South East) (No.4) Order 2024 Variation Order (No.14) 2026. This authorises altering the line of the diverted route and stopping up by adding an additional length of Footpath WBB/17/1. This is to enable development as permitted by Secretary of State for Transport under the High Speed Rail (London – West Midlands) Act 2017.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework PO Box 1393, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE99 5FQ or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk by quoting NATTRAN/SE/S247/6267). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Tingewick Post Office, Main Street, Tingewick, Buckingham, MK18 4NN.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 18 June 2026.
