(40 MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2026
National Highways Limited (Company No. 9346363) hereby gives notice that it has made an Order under sections 84(1)(a) and (2) of, and paragraph 27(1) of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, on the A14 Trunk Road at Kettering in North Northamptonshire.
The effect of the Order, which comes into force on 25 June 2026, is to impose a 40 miles per hour speed limit on the entry slip road leading to the eastbound carriageway of the A14, between points 6 metres and 60 metres east of its roundabout junction with the A509, Boughton and Isham Road (Junction 9), at Kettering.
A copy of the Order, together with a plan and a Statement of the reasons for making the Order, may be inspected during opening hours at Symmetry Park Site Offices, Buckingham Contracting Group Ltd, Kettering Road, Isham,
