RHODDIR RHYBUDD fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, ddim llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad y Rhybudd hwn, sy’n gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag teithio ar y darn hwnnw o Llwybr Meirion i Berllan, Pensarn y tu ôl i 24 Marine Road Abergele.
Bydd y ffordd amgen ar hyd Meirion ymlaen i Marine Road, i Lwybr Berllan ac yn ôl i Lwybr Meirion i Berllan. Cedwir mynediad i breswylwyr ac i gerbydau’r gwasanaethau brys.
Mae’r Gorchymyn yn hanfodol er mwyn hwyluso gwaith gan Dwr Cymru a daw i rym ar 4 Gorffennaf 2026 am gyfnod o ddim mwy na 5 diwrnod.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)
The County Borough of Conwy
(Meirion to Berllan Alleyway Pensarn) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026
NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Conwy County Borough Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Meirion to Berllan Alleyway Pensarn behind 24 Marine Road Abergele.
The alternative route will be via Meirion onto Marine Road, onto Berllan alleyway and back onto Meirion to Berllan alleyway. Pedestrian and emergency access will be maintained.
The Order is necessary to facilitate works by Welsh Water and comes into effect on 4 July for a maximum period of 5 days.
