What is happening?

LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC

(BLYTON/BLYTON CARR/EAST STOCKWITH – VARIOUS STREETS)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to make an Order on various streets to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road. The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule.

The Order will come into operation on 1 July 2026 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner.

The works are expected to commence on or about 1 July 2026 and continue for approximately 173 days.

Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays.

The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

An alternative route for vehicles will be signed.

SCHEDULE – Road Closure Order – Carr Lane (Between Gainsborough Road & Wharton Road), Wharton Road (Between Carr Lane & Laughton Road), Laughton Road (Between Wharton Road & Carr Lane), Carr Lane (Between Laughton Road & a point 575m West), Access To Fir Tree Farm From Carr Lane (Between Carr Lane & a point 640m North), Carr Lane (Between Access To Fir Tree Farm From Carr Lane & a point 1140m West), Carr Lane (Between Ravensfleet Road & a point Approx 1250m East)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to make an Order on Eastgate & Northorpe Road to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road.

The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule. The Order will come into operation on 29 June 2026 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner.

The works are expected to commence on or about 29 June 2026 and continue for approximately 9 days.

Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays.

The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

An alternative route for vehicles will be signed.

SCHEDULE – Road Closure Order – Eastgate (Between 190m & 310m Southeast of Crapple Lane), Northorpe Road (Between Eastgate a point 40m North)

(HEMSWELL CLIFF – A631)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL has made an Order on A631 to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road.

The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule. The Order will come into operation on 22 June 2026 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner.

The works are expected to commence on or about 22 June 2026 and continue for approximately 14 days.

Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays.

The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

An alternative route for vehicles will be signed.
