DEFINITIVE MAP & STATEMENT

MODIFICATION ORDER NO 2, 2025

UNRECORDED PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY,

CALDER PARK, DURKAR

On 15th June 2026 The Council of the City of Wakefield confirmed the above order.

The effect of the order as confirmed will be to divert an unrecorded bridleway shown by a bold solid line on the plan annexed hereto commencing at its junction with the existing path at Point A on the plan at Grid Reference SE 3145 1741 proceeding in a north westerly direction for 293 metres to Point E on the plan at Grid Reference SE 3134 1767 to a public bridleway 3.0 metres wide shown by a dashed line on the plan annexed hereto commencing at its junction with the existing path at Point A on the plan at Grid Reference SE 3145 1741 proceeding in a generally north westerly direction for 165 metres to Point B on the plan at Grid Reference SE 3137 1755 then in a generally westerly direction for 20 metres to Point C on the plan at Grid Reference SE 3135 1754 then in a generally northerly direction for 135 metres to Point D on the plan at Grid Reference SE 3133 1767 and then a easterly direction for 5 metres to Point E on the map SE 3134 1767.

A copy of the Order and the Order map may be requested via e mail at prowteam@wakefield.gov.uk This order comes into force on the date of confirmation of the order but if any person aggrieved by the order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which this notice is published as required by paragraph [7][8] of Schedule 14 to that Act.
