LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under Sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Order would be to introduce new no waiting ‘at any time’ restrictions as set out in the Schedule to this Notice.
Details of prohibitions and exemptions for certain vehicles and persons are contained in the original Order.
Copies of the proposed Order, plan and of the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order can be inspected during normal office hours Monday to Friday at Bromley Council, Churchill Court, 2 Westmoreland Road, Bromley, BR1 1AS.
Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Assistant Director of Traffic and Parking, Bromley Council, Churchill Court, 2 Westmoreland Road, Bromley BR1 1AS, or by emailing TrafficManagementOrders@bromley.gov.uk quoting reference ADE(TP)/MW/SF/T730 no later than 8th July 2026.
Persons objecting to the proposed Order should be aware that under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any comments received in response to this Notice may be open to public inspection.

BECK LANE, Beckenham, (a) the south-west and north-west side (i) from a point 3.7 metres south-east of the south-eastern building line of No. 16 Central Terrace, Beck Lane in a south-easterly and south-westerly direction to a point 0.4 metres south-west of the north-eastern building line of No. 38 Beck Lane (b) the north-east and east side, (i) from a point 0.9 metres north-west of the common boundary of Nos. 17 and 18 Central Terrace, Beck Lane in a south-easterly and southerly direction to a point 1.1 metre north-east of the property boundary of Nos. 9 and 10 Central Terrace, Beck Lane (c) the north-east, north and north-west side (i) from a point 9.8 metres south-west of the common boundary of Nos. 33 and 35 Beck Lane to a point 6.4 metres south-east of the common boundary of Nos. 13 and 14 Central Terrace, Beck Lane (e) the south-west and south side (i) from a point 2 metres south-west of the south-western boundary of No. 35 Beck Lane to a point 1 metre south-east of the north-western building line of No. 12 Central Terrace, Beck Lane
