(RIDGACRE ROAD ETC, QUINTON) (TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2026
(QUINTON ROAD WEST ETC, QUINTON) (TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council have made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53, 84(1) and (2), 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers the effect of which will be as follows:
1. To introduce 20mph Speed limit on WORLDS END LANE (between the junctions of Gorsy Road and Overdale Road) and WOODHOUSE ROAD, QUINTON.
2. To introduce lengths of No Waiting at Any Time on RIDGACRE ROAD, WHITE ROAD, QUINTON ROAD WEST & SIMMONS DRIVE, QUINTON.
These Orders will come into operation on 19th June 2026.

If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act or on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to these Orders may within 6 weeks from the 18th June 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
