ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
LONG STREET, ATHERSTONE
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic in addition, the one-way traffic flow will be temporarily suspended.
Reason for Order: To enable hydrant renewal works.
Order Commences: 21 June 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 22 June 2026.
Access & Diversion: Long Street, Witherley Road, Watling Street, A5 and vice versa.

WINDMILL CLOSE, WARTON
Order Effect: Road Closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable installation of a telegraph pole.
Order Commences: 23 June 2026 for up to 18 months.

Access & Diversion: No diversion available. Access to frontages
will be maintained.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
FOUL END LANE, HURLEY
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Meter installation works.
Order Commences: 8 July 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 10 July 2026.
Access & Diversion: Foul End Lane, Hurley Lane, Camp Farm Road, Knowle Hill, Atherstone Road and vice versa.

NORTH STREET, ATHERSTONE
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic. In addition, while the works are in progress the one-way traffic flow on North Street, Atherstone will be temporarily suspended.
Reason for Order: Electricity mains works.
Order Commences: 6 July 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 17 July 2026.
Access & Diversion: Ratcliffe Road, St Georges Road, Sheepy
Road and vice versa.

DUNNS LANE, DORDON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to replace decayed telegraph pole.
Order Commences: 6 July 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 6 July 2026.
Access & Diversion: Dunns Lane, Church Road, Long Street, A5, Watling Street, Spon Lane, Dordon Hall Lane and vice versa.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
