TRAFFIC CALMING MEASURES AT RIDGEWOOD GARDENS, HEOL PEN Y COED AND OSPREY DRIVE, CIMLA, NEATH

NOTICE is hereby given that the Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council in pursuance of its powers as contained in Section 90A of the Highway Act 1980 and the Highways (Road Humps) Regulations 1999 intends to install Traffic Calming Measures in the form of:- Raised Speed Plateau of such dimensions and situated at such locations as set out in the schedule below.

A copy of the draft Notice, plan and statement of reasons can be inspected on the Council’s Internet Website https://www.npt.gov.uk/traffic-regulation-orders-tros

Any objections should be submitted in writing, setting out the reasons thereof, to reach the Head of Engineering and Transport, The Quays, Baglan Energy Park SA11 2GG by 9th July 2026.

Schedule 1 - Traffic Calming measures in the form of Raised Speed Plateau (8.6 metres long x 75 millimetres high)

1.1 Ridgewood Gardens, Cimla, Neath At its junction with B4287 Afan Valley Road.

1.2 Heol Y Coed, Cimla, Neath At its junction with B4287 Afan Valley Road.

1.3 Osprey Drive, Cimla, Neath At its junction with B4287 Afan Valley Road.
