(WEST KEAL, A155 MAIN ROAD) (40MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lincolnshire County Council propose to make an Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to restrict the speed of vehicles to 40mph on the A155 Main Road, West Keal, from a point 250 metres west of its junction with Stones Lane in a westerly direction for 350 metres.
The Order will come into operation on 22nd June 2026 and a copy of the Order and a plan showing the lengths of road concerned with a Statement of Reasons can be requested.
These documents can be supplied to you by emailing TRO@ lincolnshire.gov.uk or calling our Customer Service Centre on 01522 782070 during office hours.
Any person who desires to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may within 6 weeks after 16th June 2026 make application to the High Court for this purpose.
