NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under Sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Order would be to introduce new No Waiting and Loading restrictions operating Monday to Friday between 8am and 9am and 3pm and 6pm as set out in the Schedule to this Notice.
The effect of the Order would be: -
(a) introduce new No Waiting restrictions operating Monday to Friday between 8am and 9am and 3pm and 6pm as set out in the Schedule 1 to this Notice
(b) introduce new No Loading restrictions operating Monday to Friday between 8am and 9am and 3pm and 6pm as set out in the Schedule 2 to this Notice
Details of prohibitions and exemptions for certain vehicles and persons are contained in the original Order.
Copies of the proposed Order, plans and of the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order can be inspected during normal office hours Monday to Friday at Bromley Council, Churchill Court, 2 Westmoreland Road, Bromley, BR1 1AS.
ANY person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Assistant Director of Traffic and Parking, Bromley Council, Churchill Court, 2 Westmoreland Road, Bromley, BR1 1AS, or by emailing TrafficManagementOrders@Bromley.gov.uk quoting reference ADE(TP)/MW/SF/T711 no later than 8th July 2026.
Persons objecting to the proposed Order should be aware that under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any comments received in response to this Notice may be open to public inspection.

WAITING RESTRICTIONS
No Waiting operating Monday to Friday between 8am and 9am and 3pm and 6pm: -
BROMLEY ROAD, the south-west side, from the common boundary of Nos. 130 and 132 Bromley Road to the common boundary of Nos. 148 and 150 Bromley Road.
SCHEDULE 2: -
LOADING RESTRICTIONS
No Loading operating Monday to Friday between 8am and 9am and 3pm and 6pm: -
BROMLEY ROAD, the south-west side, from the common boundary of Nos. 130 and 132 Bromley Road to the common boundary of Nos. 148 and 150 Bromley Road.
