(BRADFORD ROAD/COMMERCIAL STREET/
HANGRAM STREET/KING STREET/PARK ROW/
PARK STREET, BRIGHOUSE)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by ESH Construction have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Bradford Road/ Commercial Street/Hangram Street/King Street/Park Row/ Park Street from the junction of Bethel Street to the junction of Lawson Road for a distance of approximately 480 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and access for emergency vehicles is maintained at all times. The alternative route will be signed on site. Access will be provided for businesses and residents. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 22nd June 2026 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 11th January 2027. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(HOLMES ROAD, SOWERBY BRIDGE)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council, because of works have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Holmes Road from Station Road to under railway bridge for a distance of approximately 60 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and access for emergency vehicles is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via Station Road, Town Hall Street, Wharf Street, Wakefield Road, Hollas Lane, Mearclough Road, Holmes Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 22ndJune 2026 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 28th June 2026. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council, because of works by Paragon Traffic Management Ltd have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Lister Street from its junction with Winding Road in a south-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 50 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and access for emergency vehicles is maintained to closure point. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and access for emergency vehicles is maintained. The alternative route is via Haugh Shaw Road, Emscote Grove, Emscote Street. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council for safety reasons have made an Order to introduce temporary parking restrictions in the length of New Bank from its junction with Godley Road to junction of Claremount Road/Lister’s Road (apart from a 30m long parking bay) for a distance of approximately 190 metres. PROVIDED THAT pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 22nd June 2026 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, or 22nd December 2027. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council, because of works by Seddon Construction Ltd have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Reins Road from its junction with Holly Bank Road to Hanson Road for a distance of approximately 50 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and access for emergency vehicles is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via Holly Bank Road, Highfield Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council, because of works by Spectrum Comms Solutions Ltd have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Union Lane from its junction with Rocks Lane to Rocks Cottage for a distance of approximately 150 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and access for emergency vehicles is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via Rocks Lane, unaffected part of Union Lane and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 22nd June 2026 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 10th July 2026. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council, because of works by Total Resources have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Butts Green Road from its junction with Greystones Road to Magson House Road for a distance of approximately 560 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and access for emergency vehicles is maintained. The alternative route is via Johns Naylor Lane, Burnley Road, Black Wall Lane, Water Hill Lane,

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and access for emergency vehicles is maintained. Plane Tree Nest Lane for a distance of approximately 187 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and access for emergency vehicles is maintained to closure point. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council, because of works intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Rochdale Road from its junction with Watson Mill Lane to Kebroyd Mills for a distance of approximately 2480 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and access for emergency vehicles is maintained. The alternative route is via Halifax Road, Rochdale Road,

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council, because of works by Total Resources intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Spark House Lane from its junction with Sowerby Croft Lane for a distance of approximately 317 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and access for emergency vehicles is maintained.
