DEDDF RHEOLEIDDIO TRAFFIG FFYRDD 1984 (FEL Y’I DIWYGWYD) ADRAN 14 (1)(a)

LLWYBR CYHOEDDUS RHIF 286 CWMBRÂN, PONTNEWYDD (RHAN) GORCHYMYN GWAHARDD CERDDWYR DROS DRO 2026

HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Torfaen (“y Cyngor”), yn unol ag Adran 15(5) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, wedi cael caniatâd gan yr Ysgrifennydd Gwladol i ymestyn y Gorchymyn y cyfeirir ato uchod ac a wnaed gan y Cyngor am gyfnod o 6 mis tan 6ed Ionawr 2027 neu tan y bydd y gwaith wedi ei gwblhau, pa un bynnag sydd gyntaf.

Effeith y gorchymyn yw gwahardd cerddwyr a beicwyr rhag mynd ar hyd adran tua 185m o hyd o Lwybr Cyhoeddus Rhif 286 ar lwybr halio Camlas Sir Fynwy ac Aberhonddu ym Mhontnewydd. Mae’r llwybr troed yn mynd ar hyd llwybr halio’r gamlas mewn cyfeiriad sy’n ras i’r ogledd-de i’r grollewin o Cwmbran Drive, De Sebastopol. Mae’r darn o’r llwybr troed a effeithir yn cael ei ddangos gan linell du, drwchus o A-B ar Fap y Gorchymyn.

Mae ffyrdd amgen ar gael ac fe’u dangosir ar Gynllun y Gorchymyn gan linellau toredig du C-D.

Daeth y Gorchymyn i rym ar 7fed Ionawr 2026 ac roedd i fod i ddod i ben ar 7fed Gorffennaf 2026.

Mae’r gwaharddiad yn angenrheidiol oherwydd bod gwaith yn cael ei wneud neu fe fwriedir i waith gael ei wneud ar neu’n agos at y llwybr troed. Mae’r Gorchymyn wedi ei ymestyn er mwyn sicrhau diogelwch y cyhoedd gan fod gwaith yn parhau ar y safle.
