Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn ddim cynt na 7 diwrnod o 17 Mehefin 2026 sy’n gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag teithio ar hyd y darn hwnnw o ffordd ddi-ddosbarth a elwir yn ‘cyffordd y B4501 Ffordd Cader i gyffordd Catris’ Nantglyn, Sir Ddinbych, sy’n ymestyn tua’r gorllewin o’r gyffordd â’r B4501 am bellter o tua 660 metr.
Mae angen cau’r ffordd er mwyn hwyluso’r gwaith o roi wyneb newydd, a wneir gan Adran Briffyrdd Cyngor Sir Ddinbych.
Bydd y ffordd ar agor i gerddwyr drwy gydol y cyfnod cau.
Bydd arwyddion yn dangos y llwybr teithio arall wedi’u gosod ar y safle.
Bydd y Gorchymyn mewn grym o 6 Gorffennaf 2026 am gyfnod o ddeunaw mis, neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau, pa un bynnag sydd gyntaf. Disgwylir i’r gwaith barhau tan tua 12 Gorffennaf 2026.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)
Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 17th June 2026 to make an Order prohibiting vehicles using that length of the unclassified road known as ‘Cader Road B4501 junction to Catris junction’, Nantglyn in the County of Denbigh which extends westward from its junction with B4501 for a distance of approximately 660 metres.
The closure is necessary to facilitate resurfacing by Denbighshire County Council Highways.
Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.
The alternative route will be as signposted on site.
The Order is effective from 6th July 2026 for an eighteen-month period or the earlier completion of the works whichever is soonest. The works are expected to last approximately until 12th July 2026.
