Buckinghamshire, Biddlesden & Lillingstone Dayrell- Temporary Bridle Pathway closures, to allow for Silverstone Woodland Events.

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL

THE COUNCIL INTENDS TO MAKE

The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Bridleway No’s. 15/1 & 15/2, Parish of Biddlesden & Lillingstone Dayrell) (Temporary Bridleway Closure) Order 2026 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in that length of Public Bridleway No’s. 15/1 & 15/2, from BID/30387 along BID/15/1 for a distance of 760M to BID/30396 and BID/30387 along BID/15/1 and BID/15/2 for a distance of 1255M to BID/11149. The closure is required in the interest of public safety whilst events at Silverstone Circuit take place. There is no suitable alternative route. The proposed Order will come into operation on the dates specified in the schedule below.

The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Bridleway No’s. 15/1, 15/2,11/1, 11/2 & 11/3, Parish of Biddlesden & Lillingstone Dayrell) (Temporary Bridleway Closure) Order 2026 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in that length of Public Bridleway No. 15/1, 15/2, 11/1, 11/2 & 11/3 from the junction of BDI/BW 15/1 and Dadford to Silverstone Road (C18) continuing northeast to the junction f LID BW 11/2 and the county boundary. The closure is required in the interest of public safety due to events at Silverstone Circuit. There is no Alternative route. The proposed Order come into operation on 1 July 2026, as signed, per the schedule below.
