Rhoddir HYSBYSIAD drwy hyn bod Cyngor Sir Penfro yn bwriadu, nid llai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr hysbysiad hwn, gwneud gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 fel y’i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991.

Mae’r gorchymyn arfaethedig yn angenrheidiol fel y gellir cynnal gwaith peirianneg sifil ym maes telathrebu.

Effaith y gorchymyn fydd gwahardd dros dro yr holl draffig cerbydol heblaw am gerbydau esempt rhag mynd ar hyd y rhan honno o’r ffordd ddidosbarth (U3309) ger Llandeilo, ger Maenclochog – o’i chyffordd â ffordd yr C3074 rhwng Maenclochog a Llangolman, tua’r de i’w chyffordd â’r fynedfa sy’n arwain at yr eiddo o’r enw Blaenllyddarth.

Y bwriad yw y bydd y cyfyngiadau, a fydd yn cael eu dangos gan arwyddion ffordd, yn dod i rym ddydd Llun 6 Gorffennaf 2026 am oddeutu 15 diwrnod rhwng 8am a 5pm.

Y llwybr amgen i draffig fydd ar hyd ffordd yr C3074 rhwng Llangolman a Maenclochog, ffordd y B4313 rhwng Maenclochog a Bethesda, ffordd yr C3054 sy’n arwain at ffordd yr A478 trwy Llan-y-cefn a ffordd yr U3309.

Bydd y gorchymyn yn parhau i fod yn ddilys am 18 mis ar y mwyaf fel cynllun wrth gefn pe bai angen ail-drefnu’r gwaith, neu os bydd unrhyw amgylchiadau annisgwyl.

THE COUNTY OF PEMBROKE (UNCLASSIFIED (U3309) ROAD NR LLANDEILO NR MAENCLOCHOG)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.

The proposed Order is necessary so that telecom civils works can be carried out.

The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit all vehicular traffic other than exempted vehicles from proceeding along that section of Unclassified (U3309) road nr Llandilo, nr Maenclochog - from its junction with the C3074 Maenclochog to Llangolman road, south to its junction with the access leading to the property known as Blaenllyddarth.

It is intended that the restrictions, which will be signed accordingly, will come into effect on Monday 6th July 2026 for approximately 15 days between 08:00hrs-17:00hrs.

The alternative route for traffic will be via C3074 Llangolman to Maenclochog road, B4313 Maenclochog to Bethesda road, C3054 road leading to the A478 via Llanycefn and U3309.

The Order will remain valid for a maximum period of 18 months as a contingency should the works need to be rescheduled or in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
