The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Diversion of Highway (East) (No.12) Order 2026" authorising the stopping up and diversion of a length of Spaldwick 209/12 at Spaldwick, in the District of Huntingdonshire. This is to enable development as permitted by Huntingdonshire District Council, under references 23/02948/FUL and 24/80443/COND.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from The Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, PO Box 1393, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE99 5FQ, or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk, (quoting SUO9846405). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at: Cambridgeshire County Council, New Shire Hall, Emery Crescent, Enterprise Campus, Weald, Huntingdon, PE28 4YE.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 17 June 2026.
