What is happening?

(Various Roads, Glatton) (Speed Limits) (Consolidation) Order 202-
Cambridgeshire County Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
The effect of this Order will be to introduce a 40mph speed limit buffer on Sawtry Road, Glatton from the termination of the existing 30mph speed limit (at a point 370 metres south of Infield Road) in a southerly direction for a distance of 250 metres.
For administrative purposes all previous speed limit Orders in the Parish of Glatton will be revoked, though their effects, as amended by the proposed, shall be consolidated into this Order.

Notice is hereby given that Cambridgeshire County Council proposes to install a priority give way traffic calming feature on Sawtry Road, Glatton outside of 20 & 22 Sawtry Road, Glatton.
