TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Diversion of Highway (West Midlands) (No.11) Order 2026” authorising the stopping up and diversion of a length of unnamed footpath at Redditch, in the Borough of Redditch. This is to enable development as permitted by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, under appeal reference APP/Q1825/W/24/3350905.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, PO Box 1393, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE99 5FQ or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/WM/S247/6270). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Redditch Library, 15 Market Place, Redditch, B98 8AR.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 17 June 2026.
