Order made: To close that part of: 1) C2141 Lodge Bank from its junction with U40208 Wynyards Ln to its junction with C2142 Bishops Wood Rd. 2) U40208 Wynyards Lane from its junction with C2141 Lodge Bank for a distance of 360 metres in a southerly direction.

Reason: Cabling, pole testing & tree cutting by Openreach.

Alternative route: Closure 1 Diversion — C2142 Bishops Wood Rd, C2142 Bishops Wood Ln, A4025 Stourport Rd, C2141 Lincoln Ln and vice versa. Closure 2 Diversion — C2142 Blacksmiths Bank, U40209 Bozzards Bank, U40208 Wynyards Ln (part) and vice versa.

Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.

Alternative route: U21215 Broad St, B4091 Stourbridge, A448 Market St, U21233 Church St, U21233 Crabtree Ln (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days between 14 July and 27 July 2026.

(C2003 Bromsgrove Road, Hagley) (Southbound only) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of C2003 Bromsgrove Rd from its junction with A456 Kidderminster Rd for a distance of 65 metres in a southerly direction.

Reason: Utility work by Openreach.

Alternative route: A456 Kidderminster Rd, A456 Hagley Roundabout, U20463 Park Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs).

Commencing: 22 June 2026.

(U20003 Priory Road & U20007 Warbage Lane, Dodford) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of 1. U20003 Priory Rd from its junction with U20007 Warbage Ln to its junction with U20004 Church Rd. 2. U20007 Warbage Ln from its junction with U20003 Priory Rd to its junction with U20009 Yarnold Ln.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Alternative route: U20003 Priory Rd (part), U20002 Fockbury Rd, U20007 Alfreds Well, U20007 Nibletts Hill, U20007 Warbage Ln (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 15 days between 13 July 2026 and 31 July 2026.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended)

(Footpaths HB-768, Hanbury and HI-531, Himbleton) (Temporary Closure Order) 2026

Order made: To close Footpaths HB-768, Hanbury and HI-531, Himbleton for their entirety from their junction with C2149 Harmans Hill Street (GR: 395452 260852) to their junction with footpaths HI-532 and HI-533 (GR: 395206 259891).

The Order has been made due to bank erosion that is preventing access to river crossing.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: Footpath HI-532, Footpath HI-528, C2149 Harmans Hill Street.

The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months continuing on from 29 May 2026.

District of Wychavon – Droitwich Areas

(Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2026

[Prohibition of Waiting (Revocation and Proposals) on Corbett Avenue, Droitwich]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Droitwich:

Corbett Avenue (east side)

From its junction with Lyttelton Road for a distance of 155 metres in a south westerly direction and for a distance of 10 metres in a north westerly direction.

Revocation of Prohibition of Waiting 8am – 6pm

Corbett Avenue (east side)

From its junction with Lyttelton Road for a distance of 10 metres in a north westerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.

From a point 141 metres southeast and 39 metres southwest of its junction with Corbett Avenue for a distance of 168 metres in a south westerly direction and from a point 141 metres southeast and 363 metres southwest of its junction with Corbett Avenue for 33 metres in a south westerly direction.

Lyttelton Road (west side)

From its junction with St Peter’s Road for a distance of 183 metres in a north easterly direction and for a distance of 10 metres in a south westerly direction.

St Peter’s Road (both sides)

From its junction with Lyttelton Road for a distance of 10 metres in a westerly direction.
