What is happening?

THE COUNTY OF PEMBROKE (VARIOUS ROADS) (SPEED LIMITS) AMALGAMATION ORDER 2023 (AMENDMENT NO.5) ORDER 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that on the 18th June 2026 Pembrokeshire County Council made an Order under Sections 82, 83, 84 and 124 and part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and all other enabling powers.  
By amending The County of Pembroke (Various Roads) (Speed Limits) Amalgamation Order 2023, the effect of the order will be to:  
Introduce new, amend and/or revoke existing speed limits on those lengths of road listed in the Schedules to this notice. Replace all relevant Map Schedules with new revisions.  
The order will come into force on the 29th day of June 2026 a copy of which together with a map showing the lengths of road affected, may be viewed online at www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk/TRO-public-notices  
Any person who desires to question the validity of this Order or of any provision contained within it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act, or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made apply to the High Court for this purpose.
