Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 15th June 2026 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary speed restriction of 40 MPH over an area of highway being Priory Road, Bodmin between grid references SX 08601 66315 and SX 08242 66500 for approximately 350 metres.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed to support construction traffic for development. The Order will come into operation on 29th June 2026 and the works are expected to be completed by the 21st December 2026.
