FOOTPATH BETWEEN CLAVERLEY DRIVE & TELFORD CLOSE, BACKWORTH (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
North Tyneside Council gives notice that it intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit all through traffic on footpath between Claverley Drive and Telford Close.
The proposed temporary Order is required to excavate and relay footpath.
The Order will come into force on 29th June 2026 lasting until the 12th July 2026.
