BATH AND NORTH EAST SOMERSET COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATHS BA27/27 AND BA27/28, HYGGE PARK, KEYNSHAM) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2019
In accordance with Section 257 and Schedule 14 of the above Act notice is hereby given that on 9th June 2026 Bath and North East Somerset Council certified that the new public footpaths created under the terms of the above Order are in a fit condition for use by the public. Consequently, the new routes of the public footpaths are now in force and the old routes of the public footpaths are now stopped up.
