ORDER 2026
On 8 June 2026 the North Lanarkshire Council made the above-named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and in exercise of all other enabling powers, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of vehicles engaged on works traffic) on Cuilmuir View, Croy from Its junction with Smithstone Crescent to Its termination by reason of works being executed on or near that location.
Alternative routes: Vehicles will be diverted via Hillside Road, McSparran Road, Cuilmuir Terrace, Constarry Road, Smithstone Crescent.
Pedestrian access will be maintained, where practicable, during the closure.
Vehicular access will be maintained, where practicable, during the closure. The Order, will come into operation at 0800 hours on 22 June 2026 and will remain in operation until 2359 hours on 30 June 2026.
