Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders: B4111
MANCETTER ROAD, HARTSHILL/CAMP HILL
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from Grange Road/ Leathermill Lane to Camp Hill Road.
Reason for Order: Carriageway resurfacing and associated works, 0930-1500hrs weekdays only.
Order Commences: 22 June 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 6 July 2026.
Access & Diversion: B4111 Mancetter Road, Atherstone Road, Woodford Lane, A5 Watling Street, A444 Weddington Road, A47, A444, B4114 (Corporation Street, Central Avenue, Abbey Green, Midland Road, Tuttle Hill and vice versa. NB: There is a 4.3 m/14’3” height restricted bridge on Atherstone Road. Access/egress to/from Berrington Road will be via the B4114 Camp Hill Road while works are in progress.

MILL LANE, ANSLEY
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Telegraph pole renewal works.
Order Commences: 7 July 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 7 July 2026.
Access & Diversion: Mill Lane, Church Lane, Nuneaton Road and vice versa.
Contractor: Openreach, Tel: 0370 050 0792.
SHETLAND DRIVE, NUNEATON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to lay approx 17m of duct and install new floor box.
Order Commences: 6 July 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 8 July 2026.
Access & Diversion: No diversion available.

NUTHURST LANE, NUNEATON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to install new water mains.
Order Commences: 6 July 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 27 July 2026.
Access & Diversion: Ansley Road, Astley Lane, Park Lane, Nuthurst Lane and vice versa.

QUEEN STREET, BEDWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to install new water connection, closed 08.00hrs - 18.00hrs.
Order Commences: 4 July 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 4 July 2026.
Access & Diversion: Mitchell Road, Drayton Road, York Avenue, Bulkington Road, King Street and vice versa.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.

HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 – SECTION 116
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AN ORDER STOPPING UP PART OF THE PUBLIC HIGHWAY ADJCACENT TO NO. 6 TOPPS HEATH, BEDWORTH, WARWICKSHIRE, CV12 0DF
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Warwickshire County Council intends to apply to the Warwickshire Magistrates’ Court sitting at the Coventry Magistrates’ Court at 10a.m on Wednesday the 9th day of September 2026 for an Order under section 116 of the Highways Act 1980 the effect of which will be to stop up for the purposes of all traffic the part of the highway adjacent to No.6 Topps Heath, Bedworth, CV12 0DF, in the County of Warwickshire, which is now considered unnecessary for highway purposes.
The proposal is shown on a plan which may be inspected free of charge at Warwickshire County Council’s Main Reception, Shire Hall, Warwick and at Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council, Town Hall, Coton Road, Nuneaton during normal opening hours, and on the following weblink: https://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/homepage/280/stopping-up-orders
On the plan the part of the highway to be stopped up is shown edged in a dashed red line.
