Proposal: Outline planning application for up to 1,000 new dwellings (Use Class C3), 95,000sq ft of employment floorspace (Use Class B2 and/or B8), land for a primary school (Use Class F1) and a neighbourhood centre (up to 1,000 sqm) with potential uses including: commercial, business and service (Use Class E); local community uses (Use Class F2); residential (Use Class C3); and pubs/drinking establishments (Use Class Sui Generis). Including associated landscaping and infrastructure (all matters reserved except access to the site, but not within). This application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
